At this point, this website is a survey. The utility companies and CPUC are not disclosing accurate numbers of complaints, so this website is intended to gather complaints that can help determine how many people are upset about the Smartmeter porgrams, the nature of the complaints, and how many people feel they have been damaged and would like a legal remedy.
